Long museum Shanghai

After the Shanghai expo 2010, there are a lot of temporary buildings left to be empty. Built by different countries which exhibited during the expo, these temporary buildings are simple, spacious, a friend told me these buildings are built for 10-20 years of use before they have to be demolished.

All of the sudden, private collectors are exhibiting their collections and opening private museums everywhere. And long museum is one of them. Like any initiative in Shanghai, it all happens over night. The first museum was opened on Dec. 18th, 2012, and only a little long than one year later, they opened the second one at west bund.
