Sorry that I’m 2 days late with this blog post this week, I was in Sydney for 4 days last week and did a lot of walking, it took me quite a while to catch up with all the work and rest when I got back.

I have 2 upcoming group shows in the next  few weeks, I will be at the opening if you fancy a chat (I know opening can be a little over whelming sometimes, I will try my best ok?)

"Strawberry head" has been selected as part of Time and tide at Toyota community spirit gallery, opening night Wed 27 March 2013, 6-8pm, exhibition continues until 27 June 2013

I visit Sydney quite often, maybe once every 3-4 months, but every time I go there, there is always plenty to see. We visited Australian museum and White rabbit gallery this time.
We only saw the general admission area of Australian museum and most of the day was gone! Maybe I will have to go again later to see the rest of it. Below are some photos from the day.

Dinosaur!

I love birds!

The skeleton room

Some giant mysterious creature with a big bottom

See, cats kill all the time

I’ve always wanted to go to White rabbit gallery, partly because of my Chinese background, plus you don’t come across a contemporary gallery as big as this very often.

These are actually oil paints, being decorated like cake icing on a huge canvas

Last but not least, we were at Chinese garden once again! We go there almost every time when we are in Sydney, because my husband is such a fan of Chinese garden.
