Maureen Thomas has studied botanical art since 2000, with Anita Barley and Margaret Castle. She has previously exhibited at The Art of Botanical Illustration in 2004. She now paints at her home in Lancefield, finding inspiration from her own garden and the gardens and surrounds of the Macedon Ranges.
