Inspired by her grandmother who was an accomplished artist, Deb has always loved art. She trained in Visual Merchandising after leaving school but gave up her desire to be an artist to have her family, which includes her four sons. Seven years ago she had a chance to take up Botanical Art under Terry Napier and has revelled in the challenges that Terry sets with his high standards and endless encouragement. She has been selected to be hung at the 2008, 2010 and 2012 Art of Botanical Exhibitions, Kawarra Botanical Exhibitions where she has both sold her paintings and had her work commissioned.
