A love of watercolour paintings, gardening, plants and nature led me to the art of botanical illustration and I have been studying with Jenny Phillips and Fiona McKinnon at the Botanical Art School of Melbourne since 1999. Having successfully exhibited in numerous exhibitions many of my paintings are now in private collections. These exhibitions have included Jenny Phillip's Botanical Art School of Melbourne Exhibitions, Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne 'Art of Botanical Illustration' exhibitions in 2006, 2008 and 2010 ( in 2006 my painting of the Grevillea sp. 'Superb' was selected for inclusion in the RBG Melbourne Friends' Illustrated Garden Collection) and various charity art shows and local galleries. Awards have included Best Still Life and Best Watercolour. Also paintings included in the National Trust Desk Diaries in 2009, 2011 and 2014.
